How can I be Admin?

Hello My name is Daniel.
And i am from Norway..
I have played Counter strike Source For 3-4 years..
I have been admin on two servers before..

What do i have to do if i wanna be admin?

Vel, du må være aktiv. Spille på serveren ofte, og være aktiv på forumene.
Vær snill med andre spillere på serveren og vis at du kan oppføre deg.

Translation :

Well, you gotta be active. Play on the server often, and be active on the forums.
Be kind to other players on the server and show that u can behave.
